Glenfet was a quiet town in the southern part of Harland, nestled in the foothills of the Etor mountains. Those who didn't want to work on their parents' farm, herding the docile lembas, often found employment in the town guard, for although Glenfet was quiet now, trouble simmered just below the surface. Discontents who had been kicked out of the city of Verralund to the east had settled in the town and had begun to cause problems. The mayor, Savis Lotram, vowed to reestablish the peaceful reputation the town once had. Little did he know that the trouble ran much deeper that a few discontents.

The town of Glenfet, in southern Harland.

Player characters will start out as young men or women who have just joined the town guard as part of the recruitment for Mayor Lotram's "Campaign for a Peaceful Glenfet." This employment will serve as a stepping stone to launch them into the intrigues that are about to overtake the citizens of South Harland.

The adventures take place in a mid-fantasy world, where humans are just a minor race among the powerful Shui and reserved Kah. Humans are the default race for this campaign and GM permission is required to play another race. Traditional archtypes of Fighter, Mage, Healer, etc., are possible but the GURPS system encourages unique characters that grow and develop with the game.

This campaign uses the basic GURPS rules (3rd Edition), and character templates are available on request to get your character going quickly. Begining characters start out with the basic 100 points, but see the rules for more information.

Character equipment and monetary allowance will be established in-character as part of their Town Guard employment.

Currently the game is being played by email and turns vary between once and twice a week in frequency. If you are interested in joining, send me an email with a short description of the type of character you would like to play.
