Too bad we didn't get to play on Sunday, but things kind of got rushed
and busy.  Should we try to get together this Friday?  I know Dom will be
gone, but we could still run either a side adventure or I could take over
his character until he gets back.  Let me know what you think.

Okay, this is going to be a newsletter about our adventures (for however
long they last) in GURPS, or more specifically, in the game world of
Araja and the Kingdom of Thelic.  We'll see how it goes.  :)

Things to do

I have a short (well a little more than one page) survey for you guys to
do about your characters.  It doesn't have to be filled out if you don't
feel like it (or don't have time).  But if you want to, download the
attachment and open it in Word.  Type in the answers to the questions in
the middle column and then save it and send it back to me as an
attachment (if you don't know how:  click on the attachments button up
top, when that page comes up, click on the browse button and find the
file and click open or okay, then click on add to add it, and then click
on done).

I started a web page for the game (yes, too much time on my hands ;).
It's at <http://www.geocities.com/jmodule/arajara/index.html>.  It doesn't
have much yet...  just a little about the Kingdom of Thelic.

Lore
~~~~

The Kobold

This creature is a distant cousin of the Goblin.  Short -
about 4 ft.  tall - and pale colored, they usually don't have much hair
and prefer to stay in the shadows to avoid sunburns, they have really
small outer ears, but can hear just as well as any human.  They're known
to have a mean temperament toward other races and seldom speak any
language other than their own.  Their favorite habitat is an abandoned
dungeon or cave complex.  They don't build much, but will hollow out
small rooms to serve as storage places for the precious metals and gems
that they covet.
